The hotel has a great location, nestled in the mountains and close to nature and the airport. The room was stylish and the staff was very accommodating. A variety of delicious breakfast options were provided. The hotel has a lovely pool area.

Christmas at this hidden gem was a great experience! The surrounding nature was stunning, with hiking trails, natural swimming pools, and breathtaking mountain views. The friendly staff made our stay special, providing excellent service and a wealth of information about the local flora and fauna. We also enjoyed disconnecting from the world, with no wifi or television in the rooms, which allowed us to truly disconnect and unwind.

Getting to the hotel was quite a challenge, as the road was long and bumpy, requiring a 4x4 SUV. , some activities and meals were quite expensive and were not clearly communicated, resulting in unexpected charges at check-out.
